Wolf of Dev Street

Wolf of Dev Street is a unique coding showdown combining strategy, competition, and recruitment dynamics. The event begins with resumes screened by an ATS, followed by a bidding round where tech leads form their teams. Participants then face intense machine coding challenges that mirror real interview rounds, testing both skill and problem-solving under pressure.

What sets it apart is its prize distribution—winnings are shared based on individual ATS scores, making both team strategy and personal performance crucial. By simulating hiring, teamwork, and high-stakes coding, Wolf of Dev Street offers not only a thrilling contest but also insights into modern tech recruitment.
